Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after dispatch)

Tournament Preparation Tip: When ordering time-sensitive equipment for upcoming tournaments, please account for potential shipping delays and double-check sizing charts to avoid last-minute issues.

International Shipping

We ship globally (excluding Asia and certain remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Golf gloves
  • Golf socks
  • Golf base layers
  • Golf headwear

Return Process

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

  • Details of item(s) for return/exchange
  • Reason for return/exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1 business day, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Prepaid return label (for faulty items only)

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package your items with all original packaging and documentation. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return

After we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when completed.

Refund Information

Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days after processing (appears on your statement in 5-10 business days)
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for incorrect or faulty items.

Exchange Policy

For size or product exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return
  • If the replacement costs more, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

International Returns

Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage.
